Job Description
1. 作为采购负责人，负责相关项目的供应链管理、供应商开发和所有采购相关工作，并根据事业部战略和发展规划的要求，完成本地项目的采购任务、供应链管理及开发任务。
As the Purchasing Manager, the employee will be responsible for the supply chain management, vendor sourcing and all purchasing related activities for assigned projects, need to fulfill the purchasing and supply chain development assignments in accordance with FIL’s business strategies and planning.
2. 作为采购部负责人，负责所分配采购业务范围内的供应商开发及管理、项目材料费用预估、项目执行过程中的技术及商务采购工作。
As the leader of purchasing department, for the assigned purchasing tasks, responsible for developing and management of suppliers, the cost estimation for materials, the technical purchasing and commercial purchasing execution during the project handling.
3. 和内部单位配合，做好估价工作，支持公司的销售。
Cooperate with internal functions, carry of the cost estimation, and support the sales activities.
4. 和内部采购功能配合，做好供应商开发和采购支持工作，保证内外部的项目顺利执行。
Cooperate with internal related purchasing functions, carry of the developing of suppliers and purchasing supporting, support the smooth project handling.
5. 对采购合同的商务、财务执行负责，做好应付帐款、合同索赔，质量问题的处理等相关工作。
Responsible for the commercial and financial issues of purchasing contracts, managing related job including the payment management, claims management, quality issue etc.
6. 支持项目经理、技术、工厂、销售等部门，配合做好对供应商的管理、货期跟踪等工作。
Support related functions including project manager, technical, workshop and sales etc., carry out the supplier management and scheduling management.
7. 对相关项目的采购的技术及商务进行归档管理工作。
For the related purchasing, organizing and archive the various technical & commercial documentations.
技能要求:
- Technical background with previous positions like purchasing engineer and/or technical engineer
有采购工程师或技术工程师的技术背景
- Strong office computing skills including Microsoft Office Package 熟练使用办公软件
- Mechanical-Electrical industry back-ground will be high appreciated 优选有机电工业经验
- Good attitude at team working, problem solving and creativity 团队精神强、能解决问题、有创造力
- Strong command of the negotiation skill, problem solving attitude and ability to build up a good relationship with suppliers 谈判能力强、能解决问题、有能力和供应商建立良好关系
学历经验要求:
EDUCATION: Graduated from university or higher education, majored in mechanical or automation related.
机械或自动化类本科或同等学历以上
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years working experiences for electrical with at least 3 years in MNC.
专业经验：至少5年以上电气自动化设备的采购工作经验 /至少3年外企工作经验
