Position Responsibilities:

1. Source suppliers in accordance with company sourcing strategy.

2. Thorough understanding of PCB production and cost associated with each process for Rigid, Flexible and Flex-Rigid PCBs.

3. Familiar with Plastic Injection Molding and Tooling.

4. Make cost comparison for quotations from different suppliers.

5. Negotiate with suppliers for cost reduction, establish cost matrix.

6. Visit, audit and qualify suppliers with SQE and Product Engineering Team when necessary.

7. Follow up sample submission.

8. Update project status.

9. Hire, train up, expand, and manage purchasing team.

10.Establish partner relationships with suppliers.

Position Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering/computer science.

2. At least 8 years working experience with at least 3 years in purchasing managerial level, experience with PCB, PCBA will be an advantage.

3. Be familiar with plastic product development process and other manufacturing process, such as plastic injection molding, plastic tooling is plus.

4. Good negotiation skills.

5. Good command of both written and spoken English.

6. Proficient in MS office.
