Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide local source of materials and services to support China daily operation and business quick growth.

2. Leads Purchasing team in negotiation of purchasing contracts and cost savings

3. Overall manage the supplier pool to make sure suppliers can best meet requirements of cost, quality, service, scale and technology and etc.

4. Review and develop logistics vendor in China with the target to improve service level to customers and minimize transportation cost.

5. Coach the vendors’ management in supply area to create a high-efficiency supply chain

6. As the key user to maintain and update the purchasing database ensure the database is correctly and assist the new system on line

Qualification:

• At least bachelor's degree in commercial and prefer mechanical & electrical engineering purchasing experience

• Language: Chinese Mandarin as a native language, proficient English;

• Excellent skills in problem solving combined with solution-orientated approach;

• Ability to work in an international environment with constantly changing requirements;

• Open for innovation and permanent strive for improvement;

• Customer orientated and convincing behavior.

· At least 8+ years’ experience of purchasing experience with demonstrated responsibility for leading groups;
