1、制定采购计划，并通知供应商根据采购计划备料、出货

Make the purchasing plan and notice suppliers to prepare materials and arrange the delivery schedule base on the PUR plan

2、根据供应商确认的交期做缺料预报，通知生产和销售部门。

Make the materials shortage FCST base on the suppliers confirmed schedule, notice production and sales dept.

3、及时更新供应商的价格，交货周期等信息，维护到系统

Update the suppliers quotation, capacity and the related information, and then maintain them in system

4、下采购订单并发给供应商，根据供应商确认的交期报缺料给销售和生产部门

Create the PO and send PO to suppliers, inform the shortage status to sales and production dept. on the system base on the suppliers confirmed schedule

5.根据需求合理安排物流方式(空运/海运/手提)，跟踪货物交货期，安排准备进出口相关文件及时通报给内部相关部门

Arrange the reasonable delivery way (air-freight/sea-freight/hand-carry) according to the actual demand, tracking the delivery schedule and notice the internal related dept. in time.

6、协助销售整理相关发票，以便向客人要求空运费和原材料价差补偿

Assist sales to collect the related invoice document in order to request the compensation of extra air-freight and the raw materials’ price gap

7、搜集信息制作物流部门月报并分析,以便合理控制物流成本

Collect the information to make the monthly report of Logistic dept. and analyze the cost, so as to control the logistic cost reasonably

8、发起，负责并组织其他同事协助 完成每年的降成本目标

Initiate, lead and work with colleagues the ‘cost saving project’ to achieve annual cost saving target

9、在项目阶段与供应商询价 汇总供应商的价格，以便于项目推动委员会进行供应商的选择

In project phase, after negotiation, summarize the supplier quotation for project steering committee to select supplier.

10、负责起草采购合同

Draft the purchasing contract

11、总经理安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，好的英语听、说、读、写能力。

Bachelor degree or above，Well in English listening、speaking、reading and writing。

2、采购管理相关培训

Purchasing and supply management related training

3、从事3年以上工厂生产采购相关经验。

At least 3 years of manufactory production procurement related experience.

4、能结合实际需求和原材料周期制定采购计划。

Be able to make the PUR plan according with the actual demand and the raw materials’ lead/time.

5、良好的谈判技巧和协调能力。

Good negotiation skill and coordination ability.

6、具备逻辑思维，对数据敏感。

Great logic idea and sensitive to data.

7、具备较强的执行力。

Great power of execution
