Responsibilities:

• Drives annual negotiations to constantly improve the cost situation;
• Ensure the goods and services delivered by suppliers meet the specification and operation needs with cost effectively and on time;
• Reporting and controlling of defined information and figures to make results transparent;
• supplier management (as a member of a cross-functional team) to ensure the best supplier and to guarantee an optimum supply chain;
• order processing as PO preparing, internal approval process follow up, supplier feedback etc.;
• invoice receive, check, scan and forward to financial department;
• Keep file of supplier document and paper contract;
• Other works given by management level.
