Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Create purchase orders in system;

2. Distribute purchase orders to merchandiser for confirmation before released to supplier;

3. Coordination of problem order resolution and amend orders accordingly;

4. Release purchase orders to suppliers;

5. Replenish new items information in system, such as supplier, factory model No, price, MOQ and lead time etc;

6. Collect cost down information from PM team and update on item/PO/SO in system, summarize cost changes information and inform US office;

7. Make item fulfillment, invoices and bills in system after goods shipped and upload all shipping documents in system;

8. Examine Proforma Invoice from supplier and send back to supplier after signature;


Requirements:

  • ***;
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good command of written English.
  • ERP System experience in prior;
  • Familar with Microsoft Office package, including Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, responsible, open-minded and honest.
  • Quick learner, willing to accept new challenges and knowledge.
