Major Responsibilities and Activities Role Purpose 主要工作职责

1. Assist purchasing group to operate the purchasing of non-production material including PPE, equipment, spare parts, hardware, packaging material, lab consumables etc. to meet the production and lab work needs.

协助采购组进行PPE、设备、备件、硬件、包装材料、实验室耗材等非生产性材料的采购,以满足生产和实验室工作的需要。

2. Assist material department to manage the product shipments to meet customer’s on time delivery requirement.

协助物料部管理产品出货,以满足客户的准时交货要求。

3. Assist sales group as an internal-sales to issue the contracts and follow up the payment.

协助销售团队作为内部销售人员,发布合同并跟进付款。

4. Assist operations manager to implement WPS and HSE.

协助运营经理实施WPS和HSE。

5. Other assigned administrative work.

领导交代的其他行政类事务。


Preferred Qualifications 任职要求;

  • Bachelor’s degree required;
  • 本科及以上学历
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • 熟练使用office办公软件
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skill
  • 具备优秀的书面和口头沟通能力
  • Self-starting individual, ability to set priorities, strong analytical/problem-solving skills, proactive
  • 具有优秀的自我管理能力和较强的分析能力,积极主动
  • Detail oriented with demonstrated ability for accuracy
  • 细节严谨,具有良好的准确性
  • Be sensitive to number
  • 对数字敏感
  • Good written and spoken English is preferred
  • 英文书写和口语表达能力优秀者优先
