Job Description
Job responsibility:
- Material, equipment and service sourcing for China and Group;
- Lead Supplier Quality Improvement, including process, lead time and service level;
- Fulfill cost reduction target; involved in planned price building figure;
- Coordinate with quality team for supplier audit;
- Coordinate with product/technical team to work with supplier develop new product or reduce cost according to company needs; continuous development team work to build-up;
- Internal analysis of sourcing need and external analysis of suppliers, cost, etc.;
- Supply Market and competitor supply Analysis;
- Manage the supplier selection and development process in cooperation with headquarters;
- Contract negotiation;
- Support and follow up the implementation of new suppliers, products etc. in cooperation with headquarters;
- Monthly purchasing report.
Required capability:
- Bachelor degree major in Engineering or material or similar educational level;
2. Min. 10 years of working experience, and 7 years purchasing related to metallic components based on technical design;
3. High degree of Business ethics in all aspects of sourcing;
4. Strong negotiation skill and good commercial sense;
5. Highly analytical experienced e.g. doing costing and sourcing analysis;
6. High degree of international experience and team work;
7.Fluent in spoken & written English
