Responsibilities:

• Identify potential suppliers to source new products to enhance product portfolio
• Liaise with suppliers on quotation comparison to achieve competitive prices and terms
• Communicate with operations team to understand customers’ preference and feedbacks
• Perform business analysis & develop appropriate action plans to achieve financial targets
• Monitor the stock level and inventory management, merchandise distribution & replenishment to ensure appropriate level of stock are maintained
• Support ad-hoc projects as assigned

 Requirements:

• Degree in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Chain Restaurants / Chinese Cuisine is preferable
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Detail-minded, dynamics, good team player with good negotiation skills
• Occasional travels to PRC are required
