• Sourcing lab items/vendors to meet projects' requirements in line with purchasing policies and procedures.

• Compare quotations and negotiate with suppliers for the most competitive offer

• Purchase order follow up

• Market suppler investigation on lab reagents and consumables.

• Monthly order shipment verification with vendors.

• Data collection and analysis of current suppliers’ performance

• Online system information updating

• Complete other work assigned by supervisors.

• Bachelor degree or above, with major related to biology or chemistry.

• More than one year working experience as a purchaser in CRO/pharma industry or related.

• Good communication skill.

• Good sense of business.

• Fluent in Mandarin. Good command of English writing.

• Good at computer software, e.g. MS Excel. ERP experience as a plus.
