Purchase / Sourcing Specialist 采购专员

Job Description:

The sourcing specialist will be responsible for the products sourcing and inquiry helping to centralize purchasing. The ideal applicant will be able to assess, maintain and develop suppliers with primary focus on customers requirement. Good knowledge and understanding of laboratory products.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide sourcing service according to sales and customers requirement

根据销售和客户的要求寻找合适的货源

2. Prepare inquiry documents, evaluation orders and selection of suppliers

选择优质的供应商并制作相应的采购文件

3. Source new suppliers of certain chemical products line

根据产品线开发新的供应商

4. To decreasing product cost by sourcing and replacing suppliers

寻找备选的优质货源来降低采购成本

5. To analyze prospective buyers, determining such factors as past experience with the supplier, lead-time, price, specifications

根据以往跟供应商沟通的经验，判断供应商的交货期，规格以及价格等因素对潜在的买家的重要性，判断并筛选合适的货源

6. Schedule quality management and cost control in sourcing

寻找产品过程中关注供应商的质量管理体系和价格

7. Manage supplier sourcing, approval, and maintain supplier performance levels to optimize total hit rates

根据供应商的质量体系，产品表现，交货周期，配合程度等来管理供应商的级别

8. Reach out to Sales team regularly and maintain an update from the market

保持和销售团队的沟通，及时了解产品的市场动态

9. With the experience and practice of logistics management, have a certain understanding of logistics operation

凭借物流管理的经验和实践，对物流运作有一定的了解

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in chemistry, biology, English, Foreign Trade

化学，生物，英语，外贸专业学士学位；

Experience with SAP or ORACLE is preferred

有SAP或ORACLE使用经验者优先

1-3 years working experience in sourcing/supply chain/pharmacy/ laboratory.

1-3年精细化学品和原料药采购经验

Outstanding problem solving, communications and interpersonal skills.

良好的问题处理能力，善于沟通和人际交往

Strong evidence of ability to implement and execute plans.

执行和落实计划的能力

Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin (including oral English)

良好的英语和普通话沟通（包括英语口语）
