Job Description
Property Manager Recruitment Requirements:
1. Be fully responsible for the daily management of each project of the Management Office.
2. Strictly implement the company's management system, formulate the work objectives, plans and budgets of the management office according to the company's overall objectives, plans and budgets, improve the system and make continuous improvements.
3. Promote energy conservation and take effective measures to reduce the cost of operation and service, increase income and reduce expenditure.
4. Be responsible for establishing the relevant work flow and operation standards of the management office, straightening out the working relationship, and ensuring the orderly development of all work.
5. Set an example, abide by the company's rules and regulations, reasonably arrange the staff of each post in the management office to monitor the process of work implementation, and make corresponding adjustments when necessary.
6. Be responsible for the training of all staff in the management office to improve work quality, work efficiency and personnel quality.
7. Strengthen team consciousness, promote the spirit of unity and cooperation, care for employees, and create a good working atmosphere.
8. Conduct performance appraisal for the staff of the management office according to the requirements of the company, and do a good job of fairness, impartiality, transparency and reasonableness.
9. Strengthen the contact and communication with other departments, owners and external organizations.
10. Correctly handle customer complaints, emergencies or all kinds of major events and accidents according to the company's requirements.
Age 25-40 years. At least 1 year experience in property management in Hong Kong.
Proficient in Cantonese and good English communication skills, mainly working in Hong Kong and Shenzhen.
