The incumbent is required to handle daily management and tenancy matters in relation to Public Rental Housing:

• Associate Degree/Higher Diploma holders or equivalent

• Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, or Level 3 / Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syl. B) in HKCEE, or equivalent,

• minimum 1 year's experience in property management

• holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management  an advantage 

• self-driven, able to work proactively

• Immediate availability preferred

 Work Location:  Kwun Tong / Yau Tong
