Property Officer – Property Management (物業主任)
職責:
處理大廈日常事務
監察大廈公共設施狀況, 跟進維修項目進度, 跟進大廈各類合約, 及監督清潔及保安表現等之事宜
定期安排及準備與業主或法團召開業主大會或管委會
處理文書工作
處理及跟進投訴
要求:
中五程度或以上
三年相關工作經驗
良好溝通技巧
能操流利廣東話及英語
良好中/英文書寫
懂一般電腦文書操作及運用,如MS Word, Excel, 及中文輸入法
隨時可上班
工作地點: 九龍

Property Officer
Job Duties
Handle daily operation of buildings
Oversee property facilities condition, maintenance, contracts, cleaning and security services
Attend meetings regularly with the Incorporated Owners
Process of clerical work
Handle inquiries and complaints of residents
Job Requirements:
F5 or above
3 years of related working experience is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command in both English and Chinese
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
Attentive to details, responsible and hard-working
Immediately available
Working Location: Kowloon
