Property Officer (Job ID: 2733)
Responsibilities
- To handle day-to-day property services including leasing, rental collection and tenancy administration for the properties entrusted by clients.
- To coordinate property management and maintenance issues.
- To liaise with landlords and tenants for all property related matters.
- To build up good relationships with landlord, tenants and property agencies.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Property Management, Estate Surveying or related discipline.
- Holder of Estate Agent’s (Individual) Licence / Salesperson’s Licence.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
- Conversant with sales and letting of Hong Kong properties and related ordinances and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
