You will be required to supervise an on-site team, manage daily property operations, maintain good tenant relationship and liaise with and supervise the performance of the contractors of Commercial Building in Kowloon East.  

Requirements:  

• Diploma/Degree holder in Property Management or related discipline
• At least 5-7 years' relevant experience in property management of which 3-4 years must be at supervisory level
• A member of relevant professional organizations preferable
• Experience in Commercial Building will be definitely an advantage
• Excellent client servicing skill and ability to handle owners and occupants independently
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong in report writing
• Familiar with DMC and BMO
• Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
