Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible for overall management of a mixed portfolio of commercial, industrial and luxury residential properties. He / She has to manage and supervise a team to maintain high level of daily operations and handle customer enquiries / complaints.
He / She has also to provide all-round support to Incorporated Owners in monitoring building security, cleansing and maintenance service and attend owners meeting periodically.
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Professional Diploma in Housing Management / Real Estate / Surveying;
- Professional membership of CIHCM / MHKIH/ HKIS / RPHM or equivalent;
- At least 3 years’ managerial experience in managing mixed portfolio of properties;
- Strong in leadership, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Conversant with the DMC / BMO and related ordinances;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager.
