Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Enforce deed of mutual covenant and compliance with stipulated rules and regulations of HKSAR;
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from residents/owners;
  • Perform day-to-day building management and inspection services;
  • Oversee property maintenance, security and cleaning services;
  • Coordinate with Incorporated Owners / Management Committee;
  • Responsible for taking over of new property project and liaising with relevant parties to ensure a smooth operation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines;
  • 5 years experience in managing a portfolio of buildings;
  • Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH is preferred;
  • Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
