Our Client is a prominent developer in the region with plans to expand, currently searching for an Investment and Acquisition Director to lead the Real Estate Land Investment function along with Post - Asset Management function.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead the Investment, Land & Property acquisition and Asset Management function whilst spearheading strategies to steer the company's future in a positive direction
• Establish research and analysis on the local property market and emerging areas and investment plans
• Manage and take ownership of capital flow, transaction structure, legal entities, and tax issues, DD, Valuation, negociations and post investment management (Asset Management)
• Act as direct contact person and handle relationship management function with key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Possess natural communication and international skills with a high degree of relationship management experience with all level of stakeholders
• Significant exposures in managing transactions in Land investment with hands-on negotiation skills along with valuation and analysis background preferred
• Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex enterprise
• Highly independent, energetic and dynamic individual
• Native or fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is a MUST
