Job description

• Performs a wide variety of tasks where a broad range of skills are required
• Coordinates various aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of projects
• accountable for planning and coordinating of project scheduling and administrative tasks.
• Supports the project staff by facilitating project logistics as defined by department heads or others. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures as outlined
• Use his knowledge to build and setup a new factory
• Provide leadership to the Team and coordinate and facilitate the Team meetings
• Lead and participate in any team presentations, information gathering exercises, information sharing exercises, or other project related team activities
• Create a work plan for each phase of the project with input from resource managers and key stakeholders
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Participate in design reviews to aim for continuous improvement and ensure manufacturability of proposed designs
• Develops work instructions and process procedures to enable operational personnel to produce products in accordance with design specifications
• Oversees the development and implementation of manufacturing processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency by applying lean principles
• Research, develop, design, and test a wide range of product components, production fixtures, and production processes, both for standard products as well as products with custom features
• Continuously look for innovative and high quality custom made solutions to meet client’s needs
• Plan, and ensure quality of all activities related to design, manufacturing and finishing of the final product.
• Help drive and ensure development and QA processes, overall product quality, and testing

Requirements

• University degree in Electronics Engineering, Automation, Mechanical engineering or comparable
• Outstanding communication skills, problem solving and self-motivated attitude, analytical thinking, ability to cooperate within project teams, initiative, persuasiveness and assertiveness
• You can interpret and understand electric wiring schematics
• You are passionate by engineering and eager to work in a no nonsense international open environment
• You understand 3D and CAD drawings, preferable solidworks and CAD
• Min. 2 years of experience in project management (Machinery / automation sector preferred)
• Experience in requirement management, project management know-how, project management tools
• You have a good affiliation with IT
• Experience with PLM software is a plus
• Hands on experience with building machinery is a plus
• Experience in development and construction of ultrasonic cleaners, industrial machinery is a plus
• Precise, quality oriented mindset
• Fluent in English
