Job Description

Our client is a well established group with market leading exposure in their industry, currently searching for a dynamic individual to oversee their Project and Facility function across Constructions, Project developments and expansions, Design and technical areas.

Responsibility:

  • Lead the development of short and long-term projects and facilities planning across different label within the group
  • Manage relevant stakeholders including but not limited to teams of designers, Engineers, project managers and contractors in Hong Kong
  • Spearheading strategies to steer the company's future in a positive direction
  • Overseeing CAPEX & OPEX of the construction practice and collaborate

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • Over 15 years of experience in managing retail projects with relevant in-house exposure and at least 8 years at managerial level, F&B experience will be an advantage
  • Natural communicator, interpersonal skills and a candid and collaborative leadership style
  • Experience in leading team of at least 15 professionals across different technical practice
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
