Position: Project Team Leader

Contract: Full Time
------------------------------------------------------------iSoftStone is looking for a Project Team Leader to join our Business Process Services (BPS)? Department in our Beijing Headquarters. The Project Team Leader is dedicated to manage all resource requirements according to project specifications. And as a leader of the team, has the opportunity to deal with different clients, stakeholders and department members.

Job Description:
- Oversee the entire workflow of the project
- Keep an accurate track and report system
- Determine resource requirements (including software, hardware and facilities)
- Ensure business processes are efficient and pinpoint potential defects in the service
- Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
- Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverables for our client’s project
- Offer creative solutions for improvements
- Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Project Manager
- When necessary work with external contractors in addition to internal resources
- Cooperate to maintain project quality, client and team satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Native English speaker
- Professional experience required; preferred Project Management experience; preferred client facing experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PPT
- Web literate
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Committed to meeting deadlines
- Responsible and strong under pressure
- Interest in IT solutions
- Professional manner and presentation

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor Degree
- 2/3 years of working experience as a Project Team Leader preferred

Work conditions:
- One year contract
- Full training provided
- Visa sponsorship as needed
