• Assist Head of Strategy in managing internal, large scale and complex projects (including: Organizational change and effectiveness projects, Manufacturing assessment, & others).
• Project planning: spearhead the project implementation and advise problem solving
  approach for both strategic and operational initiatives
• Identify growth opportunities and devise winning strategies at corporate and business unit levels
• Develop management solutions for company-wide issues and organizational capabilities
• Make proposals and give insights to senior business leaders to identify problems, analyse opportunities, and develop solutions.
• Lead project planning and govern project progress tracking and milestones review
• Coordinate with cross-functional project team to ensure that all projects within programs are delivered within the defined scope, quality, time and cost requirements and company policies.
• Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by line manager
