Position Summary:

Work with equipment development team and production team, responsible for project sourcing work, to select right vendors and get right samples for project development， responsible for the purchasing high quality components and parts according to the production requirement, and related vendor management according to the company supply chain system.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the sourcing and purchasing of external technical providers & prototype parts during the equipment project development, including: inquiry, price comparison, purchase contract signing, acceptance, evaluation and feedback summary.
  负责设备项目开发过程中的技术外包商、样机零件等的采购工作，包括：询价、比价、签订采购合同、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作

• Responsible for batch purchasing of parts according to the MRP, to make sure suppliers can deliver the goods in time with high quality

  负责设备生产过程中的零部件等的批量采购工作，确保供应商能按时保质的交货。

• Responsible for optimizing procurement process, supplier development and management, organizing relevant departments to evaluate, certify, manage and assess suppliers, and signing contract agreements with suppliers on product purchase, quality, technology, etc.
  负责优化采购流程，负责供应商开发和管理，组织相关部门对供应商进行评估、认证、管理及考核，与供方签订产品购买、质量、技术等相关合同协议等。

• Manage procurement contracts and supplier documentation, establish supplier information resource database and optimize management.
  管理采购合同及供应商文件资料，建立供应商信息资源库及优化管理。

• Cooperate with US supply Chain to ask or provide related support.

  与总部供应链部门合作寻求或提供相应的支持。

• Other tasks assigned by leader.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical and related.
  本科及以上学历，电子，电气或机械类相关专业

• Above 5 years purchasing experience with equipment mechanical and electronic, having 3 years or above of Supply Chain Experience
  5年以上设备机械、电子零部件采购工作经验, 3年或以上供应链管理经验。

• Familiar with mechanical drawings and our company products is must;
  熟悉机械图纸和公司的产品

• Knowledge about quality management, business and machining or metal plate material is preferred;
  有质量管理、商务、机加工或金属材料加工方面的知识；

• Have good negotiation skill and customer (internal & external) management skill;
  较好的谈判及客户（内部和外部）管理能力；

• Good negotiation and excellent command of written and oral English
  良好的谈判沟通技巧，英语水平佳（书面、口语）
