Tasks：

• ITP preparation according to the project specification;
• Communicate with client, EU headquarter, company workshop or sub-supplier for ITP executing;
• Manage the inspection schedule according to the ITP, prepare the Inspection Notification accordingly;
• On-site inspection with client at supplier workshop;
• Communicate with PM or EU headquarter for technical specification, ITP topic and the concerning from client;
• Review the manufacturing records, reports, certificates and the final MDB.
• Supplier audit or the finding of audit / inspection follow up;
• Coordinate the request or complaint from the client.
• CE and product safety certification;
• Leading the Quality relating topic within the project bid phase and the actual executing stage;
• Supervise the project executed according to the ITP and the specification.

Requirements：

• Knowledge/Experience Mechanical manufacturing
• knowledge Project quality plan preparing and executing experience Essential
• 3-5 years’ experience on Mechanical manufacturing, Turbo machinery is prefer,
• Good communication skill with client, and cross department, especial at foreign client or colleague
• Experience for preparing the ITP based on the multiple requirement, and witness the on-site inspection point with client
• Foreign company working experience, international company is prefer.
• Good English in writing, reading and oral is required Desirable
• Good knowledge with API and pressure vessel standard (ASME, GB and PED),
• Basic knowledge with quality inspection tools applicate, welding & NDT knowledge is prefer
• Good skill with office software, experience with ERP, preferably SAP General (non-role specific)
• Familiar with kinds of quality tools
• Internal audit or external audit experience or certificate CE summary and product safety
• Bachelor Degree or above with Major of machinery or relevant
