As a Project Planning & Controls Specialist you will be responsible for reviewing contract T&Cs following ABB group guideline, performing ABB Group Risk Review policy to better control project risks in tendering stage, in Electrification Business Area in Xiamen, China.

Reporting to the Project Planning & Controls Manager, you will participate contract negotiation together with business function, giving professional legal comments to other Dept.

Your responsibilities

• Reviewing contracts & list significant risk T&Cs & revise risky T&Cs according to ABB related policy to control risk in advance
• Preparing project RR before project tender process, completing required documents and fulfilling ABB RR database timely to satisfy ABB RR policy and better support business
• Negotiating contract T&Cs with customer/supplier directly to protect company benefits maximally.
• Giving professional legal comments to other Dept.
• Managing contract chop according to related policy and avoid chop usage risk(s)

Your background

• 3 years of related job experience
• A bachelor’s degree or above, major in Law
• Good English skill, both in oral and written
• Can-do attitude and be able to work under pressure
• Quick learning capacity
• Must have Team Spirit, be good at communication and coordination
