Qualifications:

1. Background in master scheduling, forecasting, and planning.

2. Strong analytical abilities, Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities

3. Experience using ERP statistical software packages

4. Good communication and Team building skills

Main responsibility:

1, Review and control the demand loading, make sure PM load the correct demand into system

2, Monitor and track the demand change with CWA procedure

3, Setup the MRP parameters in order to assure MRP running with correct logic

4, Review and monitor the buffer stock setup accordingly to the demand change

5, Support Planning manager/PM to review the intake sales and new sales

6, Establish and utilize best methods (statistical models and software tools) in creating forecasts and respective inventory targets.

7, Designing and generating weekly and monthly statistical forecast reports

8, Review and track the E & O materials, slow moving analysis

9, Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to demand planning process

10, Other responsibility assigned by Planning Manager
