Position Title: Project Operation Coordinator

Position Description

The incumbent will be mainly responsible for identifying fund raising opportunities and developing donation projects based on the development of the university and foundation. S/he also needs to maintain good relationship with different partners/donors for further collaboration.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys in fund raising and gather fund raising information according to the development plan of the university and foundation.
  • Identify fund raising opportunities, actively design and develop donation projects and establish cooperative relationship with potential partners.
  • Conduct project planning, organization and implementation, complete projects plans and achieve project goals.
  • Communicate and negotiate with donors about project details; detail and refine project plans.
  • Maintain good relationships with partners of different donation projects and expand fund raising channels.
  • Complete database of donation projects and achieve informatization of project management.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.


Required Job Specifications

  • Required qualification / academic degree: Full-time master degree from an internationally recognized university or above, majoring in management, marketing, finance and economics, law or related discipline.
  • Required experience: three years or more of relevant working experience. Work experience in integrated marketing dissemination plan and operation, or public welfare foundation and similar institutions is preferred.


Required Job Competencies

  • Good command of written and verbal expression skills in both Chinese and English.
  • Observe laws and regulations, have passion in public welfare;
  • Good coordination skills and learning capability.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills.
  • Good MS Office skills, copywriting and public speech skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and competent for business trips.
