The appointee will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative support of the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme (QESS) funded project, “A Learning Model in the Digital Age: Interactive Learning and Assessment Platform for Science Courses”. Duties include: a) coordination of course materials for the online learning platform; b) provision of assistance in pilot run and evaluation of the platform; c) liaison with various internal parties and external bodies; and d) data consolidation for analysis and reporting.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Information Technology or related disciplines, with at least one year of relevant working experience;
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Effective communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills and self-motivated attitude;
- Proficiency in computer applications; and
- Project management experience in tertiary institutions is an advantage.
The appointee will be required to serve on the Shatin Shek Mun Campus of the College of International Education.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed term contract of one-year commencing in January 2020. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
