Job Responsibilities:

• Project Managers/System Analysts to lead project teams to develop, maintain and support of web-based applications systems
• Responsible for collecting and analysing user requirements, system analysis and design, producing system specifications
• Preparation of system documentation such as design specifications, test plans and system manuals
• Oversee and monitor the progress of various activities during the project life cycle
• Report progress, follow up all outstanding issues with related parties, suggest solutions and resolve difficulties
• Analyst Programmers and less experienced (including trainees) candidates to learn and participate in the maintenance and development teams for delivery of IT services

 Job Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Multimedia or equivalent
• Minimum 8 and 5 years of IT experience for Project Managers and System Analysts respectively
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a System Analyst or similar capacity for the SA role
• Minimum 2 years of Java/J2EE or ASP.NET/C#.Net experience for Analyst Programmers
• Candidates without the requisite experience requirements can apply for the trainee position
• Good team leader with effective problem solving and communication skills
• Solid experience in Java or ASP.NET web application development
• Hands on experience in Java, J2EE or ASP.NET, MS SQL Server or MySQL DB
• Project Managers are expected to possess any one of the following certifications:

1)      PMP (Project Management Professional)

2)      Certified Practitioner in PRINCE 2

3)      CSQA (Certified Software Quality Analyst)

• HKSAR Government project experience is an advantage
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
