iSoftStone is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join our Worldwide Service Department in our Beijing Headquarters. The PM is dedicated to manage all resource requirements according to project specifications, and as a leader of the team, has the opportunity to deal with different clients, stakeholders and department members.

Responsibilities
-Oversee the entire workflow of the project
-Keep an accurate track and report system
-Determine resource requirements (including software, hardware and facilities)
-Ensure business processes are efficient and pinpoint potential defects in the service
-Guarantee our client’s demands are fully met
-Maintain exceptional standards of quality of deliverable for our client’s project
-Offer creative solutions for improvements
-Report data, communicate feedback and issues to Delivery Director
-When necessary work with external contractors in addition to internal resources
-Cooperate to maintain project quality, client and team satisfaction

Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree
-2/3 years of related experience
-Native English speaker
-Professional experience required
-Web literate
-Strong analytical and problem solving skills
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Demonstrated leadership skills
-Committed to meeting deadlines
-Responsible and strong under pressure
-Interest in IT solutions
-Professional manner and presentation
*Must be willing to relocate in Beijing
