Job Description
Job purpose:
We are looking for a Project Manager in Human Resources Management to join our international team.
As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will report to the Head of HR. With a well established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast growing international Bank.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
· In charge of projects in HR management for Luxembourg and its cross border branches
· Responsible for the overall planning, direction, coordination, execution, control and completion of assigned projects.
· Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring that the required expectations are in-line with project scope.
· Coordinate the project across the cross borders branches in Europe
· Develop and deliver to the Head of the department a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
· Actively monitor all the projects assigned by the Head office and solve problems to keep projects moving forward. Report and escalate issues as needed.
· Leverage strong analytical expertise to fulfill jurisdictional requirements.
· Liaise with BOC Head Office and domestic network to support the development of Projects in HR management
Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):
Desired Profile:
· Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources/legal.
· At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources preferably in the financial sector, with substantial experience in the project management.
· Fluency in Chinese and English are essential; other European languages will be an advantage.
Profile (Soft Skills):
· Team spirit.
