Job Description
As a Project Manager in our commerce and export company, you will be responsible for leading key projects related to the international export of our products. We are seeking a highly organized professional with excellent communication skills in Spanish and English. Your role will be crucial in client management, requirement organization, product development supervision, support in logistical processes, and database management.
Responsibilities:
1. Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication in all aspects of the project, from the planning phase to final delivery.
2. Requirement Organization: Collect, document, and prioritize client requirements, working closely with internal teams to ensure that all client expectations and needs are met.
3. Product Development Supervision: Coordinate and oversee the product development process, ensuring that deadlines are met and the quality of the final product is maintained.
4. Support in Logistical Processes: Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate the efficient transportation, storage, and distribution of exported products, ensuring timely and seamless delivery.
5. Database Organization and Management: Maintain updated and accurate databases related to clients, products, suppliers, and other relevant aspects of the business, using appropriate tools to manage information effectively.
6. Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor export projects, ensuring that deadlines and established quality standards are met.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in the commerce and export sector.
- Mandatory: Professional proficiency in Spanish and English, optional knowledge of Chinese.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Solid knowledge of logistical processes and database management.
