The Project Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the activities to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget.

Manage all phases of the event projects - from research through the launch, responsible for the project milestones, the overall quality of the deliverables and budget achievement

Lead and coach the sales team to effectively develop key account relationships while contribute in the effort to acquire new clients.

Review project schedules and budgets on regular basis. Propose and implement the action plan to close the gap if there is any.

Oversee the development of the conference program to ensure the content offering addresses the information needs of the target visitors

Work closely with marketing team to engage the qualified audience and beat the visitor targets.

Plan and execute the on-site logistics to optimize the visitor experience and achieve better than average rating in the visitor survey.

Identify new business development and product launch opportunities. Formulate the business plan and acquisition proposals to secure the management approval.

• 5+ years of management experience with a strong track record in managing inbound exhibition.
• Relevant industry background with deep understanding of nonwovens.
• Excellent communication skill (English & Mandarin, spoken & written); English level: Advanced
• Good interpersonal skills; Experience in managing the diversity
• Proactive and goal oriented;
• Strong leadership and team player;
• Exhibition organizer experience is preferred.
