Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of assigned projects, including progress, quality, cost, client relations and site operation
• Overall financial, commercial and technical matters
• Coordinate work and ensure the project meet deadline

Requirement:

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Corporate membership of HKIE or equivalent in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering discipline
• Minimum 10 years post qualification experience on design/ co-ordination of major E&M project
• Self-motivated, independent, strong problem solving and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good computer knowledge in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
