Job Responsibilities

• Work with the team to define project scope and detailed planning for the resources, tasks, deliverables, milestone schedule and prepare materials for new project proposals.
• Work with the team to monitor the project execution, update project status, generate progress report to management team.
• Coordinate customers, internal departments and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Lead the project team to deliver project implementation service to the customer.
• Recommend improvements in project delivery best practices.
• Report to management directly about the project status, risk analysis of requirements that might impact strategic direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, information technology or related field with 2+ years of experience.
• 2+ years project management experience is highly preferred.
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Good command of spoken/written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Immediately available preferred. 

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Specialist or Project Assistant
