We are currently recruiting Project Manager - Microsoft for a 24-month fixed term contract, based in Perth.

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the full life cycle of automation CoE Setup and build business roadmap. As an automation lead your responsibilities include –
 

• Capable of delivering on functional and technical designs, models, component, code, unit tests and documentation
• Work effectively in an individual capacity and within a geographically dispersed team to deliver on customer satisfaction and success commitments
• Contribute to the development of technical solutions
• Be keenly aware of committed timelines and budget parameters in delivering business outcome
• Adhere to organisational coding standards, development processes and industry best practices
• Ability to work closely and create strong working relationships with product vendors to collaboratively deliver to client requirements

To ensure success in the role you will possess the following skills –

• Consultant with more than 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years working with automation application and leading automation for 3 years
• Experience in Watson cognitive services,  including Watson Assistant, Watson Discovery Services and building end to end self-healing solution for virtual assistant chatbot.
• Experience in Robotic Process automation including surface automation as well as on-prem automation using Blue Prism , Win Automation, Automation Anywhere and UIPath
• Specialist in Machine language and Artificial intelligence system and process discovery and definition.
• Experience in Strategic partnering and consulting in defining the automation road map and way of working guidelines for clients.
• Exposure on working in a client delivery environment and have excellent communication skills
• Design thinking specialist for Identifying Automation needs for various services and projects.

• Experience in resource management to allocate adequate resource to start working with the services based on the technology, skill set and complexity
• Experience in delivery management, delivering complex programs to clients for a highly complex and transformation portfolio.
• Experience in node.js , python , HTML 5 , bootstrap, mongo db for end to end automation enabler languages and tools.
• Experience in cloud infrastructure management with hosting and maintenance skills.
• Experience in Automation solutioning and conversant with project gross profit estimation.
• Experience in Service delivery management, specialist in SLA and KPI definition and tracking.
