Under the direction of Project director, play a critical role in projects which may include:

• Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
• Responsible for total execution of projects from start to close-out(project set-up, schedule, resource , quality , organization and risk control )
• Assist in the evaluation and redesign of practice offerings.
• Oversee managers working on client engagements within practice.
• Oversee the accounting, costing and billing
• Support BD to negotiate the contract

Requirements:

• Over 5 years’ post-graduate experience as project manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Landscape or Urban Design.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.

• Be able to coordinate a multidisciplinary team.

• Good writing and oral communication skills both in English and Mandarin.

• Basic financial knowledge
