AXA Hong Kong has a significant technology transformation progressing. We have RPA tools developed within the entity but these have been developed to solve problems/provide efficiencies within a piecemeal approach.

The company is underway with enterprise cloud based RPA solution & this role will focus on working closely with business stakeholders to define a clear process automation roadmap with focus to decommission legacy RPA tools & drive the re-engineering of business processes under our new cloud based infrastructure.

The incumbent will responsible for defining the onboarding strategy & developing the adoption of the Enterprise robotic process automation solution within CTO supporting all lines of business.

• Hands on Project Management driving the RPA strategy & adoption taking the projects from business case creation to implementation
• Work closely with development team to align resource & prioritize backlogs of work to develop our RPA roadmap
• Build strong relationships & set expectations with stakeholders, ensuring there are clear updates on progress
• 5+ years project management experience
• Progressive attitude with the desire to learn & grow, moving to a product owner position once the first processes are developed & processes for onboarding, redesigning are developed & established
• Independent working style with strong collaborative nature to problem solve, manage stakeholders & provide clear updates on progress
• Proactive & strong attention to detail
• Strong written & spoken English with Cantonese desirable
