As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various IT projects within our game development environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standard.

Job Description:
Lead the end-to-end project life-cycle for IT projects within the game development pipeline, from initiation to closure.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the management team.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Coordinate internal resources and their parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
Conduct risk management to minimize project risks and issues.
Lead and motivate project team members, fostering a collaborate and productive team environment.
Communicate project status, updates an risks to superior leader through regular reports and meetings.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and industry regulations.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience 3-5 years working as a Project Manager in the IT industry, game sector is a plus.
Solid understanding of software development projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
Excellent English ability both in oral and written
