Responsibilities: 

1. Coordinating implementation of various parties.
2. Providing a full range of support to the Project Director on managing the project.
3. Planning and handling the development and execution of project events.
4. Promotion of this program to the public with marketing sense.
5. Handling phone or email enquiries.
6. Any other ad-hoc duties as required from Project Director.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with 3-5 years relevant experience, expectedly familiar with government-funded project.
• Great understanding of design industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency computing skill is a must.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
• Immediately available is preferred.
