Job Overview

Project manager of ESG Automotive China is responsible for leading project from its inception to execution, including planning, execution and managing the people, resources and scope of the project. During project implementation, he / she should control timing, cost , resource, quality, deliverables, risk etc. as owner ,and also manage team relationships as well.

Goal

• Interface between customer and internal staff;
• Define proper methodology for project management;
• Project operation, including timing track, meeting set-up, deliverable check, milestone review etc.;
• Perform Risk management;
• Commit project objectives and achieve related tasks;

Major Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of project;
• Define project goals, tasks , resource requirements and deliverables;
• Build up and coordinate project staff;
• Develop full scale project plans and track project deliverables;
• Manage project budget, expense ,recovery and resource allocation;
• Quality assurance and risk control;
• Maintain customer relationship and make lesson learned against big issues
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions ;
• Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs;
• Project evaluations and assessment of results;

Authority

• Right of resource-allocation within responsible project;
• Communicate with clients and deliver report on project status, progress, issue, solution, result etc.

Competences and Capability & Skills

• Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science, information system, software engineering;
• Skillful in using MS Office Software, including Excel, Word and PPT;
• Good command of English reading and writing, fluent oral English will be preferred;
• Good leadership, people skills and result oriented
• Good analytic, problem solving and presentation techniques
• Good communication skills
• Customer oriented

Working Experience

• 2 Years’ above project management experience in tier-one supplier in automotive industry;
• Familiar with vehicle design process.
• Familiar with project management process.
• Experience on quality management is a plus
• Driver license advantageous;
