Responsibility:
Project Integration Management in the Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Close phase.
－through well preparing, tracking and adjusting project plan.
－by regularly reporting to the PD, VGM/GM, PMO with project status information.
? ？Project Scope Management and minimized the customization by defining scope, controlling scope and having the work breakdown structure.
? ？Project Financial Management through estimating, budgeting and controlling the cost, developing and meeting revenue and other financial goals for practice.
? ？Project Quality Management by having defined quality expectation, ensuring quality adherence and make sure quality is met.
? ？Project Communications Management by ensuring the communication flow is defined and it is adhered throughout. Executing progress update and manage stakeholders.
? ？Project Risk Management by performing risk analysis and response planning to each defined risk. Monitor and ensure each of the risk is controlled.
? ？Project Delivery Management to ensuring timeliness and completeness by reviewing technical, staffing and schedule performance against the plan with PD, VGM/GM & PMO.
? ？Client Management by communicating effectively with clients to identify needs and continually defining ways to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships throughout project lifecycle.
? ？Internal Operation Management by providing functional departments with feedback and evaluation of their work quality.
－by performing performance appraisal of project team members.
－through managing the execution of project activities as per the defined procedure and standards.
－by training and coaching the project team member.

Qualification:
? ？Bachelor and above.
? ？Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
? ？At least 5 yrs working experience with 2 years direct work experience in managing large scale software development projects in cross-cultural teams, including all aspects of process development and execution.
? ？Exposure to financial/insurance industry or software industry is preferred.
? ？Proficiency in high level and detail level project plan by using professional tool such as Microsoft office ( MPP) .
? ？Strong project report and presentation skill by PPT.
? ？Strong conflict management skill with internal project related teams and with external client.
? ？Professional negotiation skill and commercial awareness.
? ？Goal orientation and passion for learning new things.
? ？Critical thinking and problem solving skill.
