Mission: To follow inquiries and to insure a healthy development in gifts and promotional items

Responsibilities:

• Manage inquiries answering (technical solution and pricing)
• In charge of the all project parameters (sampling, tooling, production and planning)
• Serve the interests of Shopluxe’s serviced customers

• Help anticipate and solve quality and development problems.

• Reporting to management & good communication with serviced companies
  

• Train factories on our working procedure and standard
• Train factories and convince them to follow instruction to improve quality and timing up to our standards and order needs
• Give colleagues an accurate picture of the production situation in factories
• Help factories with technical indications during development process in sample room

Main activities:

• Inquiry Handling (if required)

o Technical analyse of the brief

o Construction proposal according to target price

o Select the most appropriated suppliers in Shopluxe database

o Cost analysis and discussion with suppliers based on the conception

• Project Development

o Help factories developing the right product: advise the cheapest alternative of making method...

o In charge of complete tasks within project perimeter: tooling, sampling, planning, production.

o Maintain good communication with serviced companies

o Integrate the Quality Department in the project team at an early stage.

o Report and communicate efficiently with functional and operational hierarchy

• Sourcing presence:

o Develop and manage relations with suppliers in China

o Develops a strong inquiry answering to Shopluxe

• Quality Environment :

o Set QC criteria, AQL for customer’s approval for the project.

o In-line inspection as per AQL standards

o DRB, and list of advices to factory to support them for a better quality

o In charge of all quality tools to insure the quality expected and approved during the development.

o Measurement of the risk of the order and organization of additional visits at the right time

Requirement:

English Fluent is a must. Chinese is a clear added value, French is a plus.

Location:

Position localized in Shenzhen Luohu district (near the border of HK), but most of the time in factories
