JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the launch of the new facility, including create timeline for all projects, manage capex spend and lead the transition in a cost effective and process effective way;
• Responsible for oversea products transfer and lead the transfer of all projects to Weihai plant;
• Work for the growth of WEIHAI site- interact with customers to support localization projects;
• Provide technical support for product and parts sourcing and localization;

• Manage budget and implement business unit plans and monitor performance of all plans through strong capability to prioritize, balance, and manage multiple resources and efforts to achieve strong results/goals;
• Measure financial and performance results from projects and activities;

• Lead, support and empower employees within a matrix structure;
• Continuous improvement for product and process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years fluid or mechanical product design, technical, or engineering working experience;
• Master Auto CAD, office, Power Point, Project, and other applicable tools
• 3+ years project management and with gook skill at project management tools
• Excellent communication skills, across mediums, internal and external audiences and trainings;
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Team work spirit and cooperative
• High ethical standards. Models and supports organization’s goals and values; adapts to changing conditions; demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles

Education：

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above.

PMP certificate preferable

Language skills

Good verbal and written English skill;

Germany speaking will be a big plus.
