Our client is furniture trading company. The furniture includes gondola, metal/ Wood panel, cabinets, tables, cupboard, spotlights and others. They find the suppliers and place orders to them. The furniture will be export to France (Majority) and other countries. They also provide the furniture to the Chain stores in China. The furniture can be customized, they will base on clients idea to design and ask suppliers to produce. They also provide related services to clients, including design layout, construction and 3D Drawing for the store based on the client requirements, also decoration, set up furniture for the store.

Work location: Minhang District

Position

1. Responsible for the evaluation and budget of item shops, and the quotation of props.

2. Responsible for the production scheduling of project props, making detail communication, quality control and production schedule coordination.

3. Responsible for the coordination of props production and location of props, and tracking progress.

4. Communicate with overseas customers' mail, schedule and control quality and cost.

5. Department coordination, the management of internal members, the distribution of work and the completion of project quality.

Tasks and responsibilities

1. Six years or more of shop props, furniture, lamps and interior decoration procurement experience, familiar with the whole process of procurement, window purchase experience is preferred.

2. Have a thorough and extensive understanding of the furniture manufacturing industry chain, and have a professional understanding of furniture manufacturing technology and technology.

3. Familiar with furniture products and materials, such as wood, metal, plastic, lamps and lanterns.

4. Familiar with the furniture technology, to understand the CAD drawings;

5. Have strong leadership ability, communication and coordination ability, compression ability, execution, insight and challenge spirit, strong team building ability and work passion;

6. Proficient in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing, communicate directly with foreign customers.
