Major Responsibilities – Project Manager
(1) To get the correct quotation and cost analysis from current vendor or potential vendor based on the RFQ and other documents.
(2) To review the EP and PP Sample and make sure the products are in Spec
(3) To monitor the production process at the vendor and make sure the product built in the correct way and with good quality.
(4) To follow up the vendor sample date, production date and ensure vendor can meet those dates.
(5) Help and cooperate with vendor to solve the product and production issue.
(6) Work closely with US team and follow up the design change and product improvements with vendors.
3. Job Requirement/Qualification
Excellent Project Management skills and attention to detail
Knowledgeable in merchandising and sourcing
Able to handle several projects at one time
Experience in dealing with vendors and factories in China
Excellent negotiation skills and strong problem solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work cohesively with a broad range of people to execute the project effectively and efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel ect MS documents.
Fluent in written and oral English
