Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate with clients, vendors and internal departments to ensure all workflows are efficient, effective and smooth, while also fits customers’ needs

• Monitor with respective parties (internal / external) on project timelines

• Supply detail project data to Senior PM/ PM – Team leader if applicable

• Prepare CAR form

• Attend client meetings

• Prepare invoice

• Other tasks assigned by manager

• Serves clients to build mature business relationship Attend client meetings

• Develop SOPs / workflows to reflect actual operational processes

• Seek better ways of working to improve current workflows and propose to team leader

Requirement：

• colleage degree

• over 5 job experience, at least 3 years relevant experience, with knowledge in packaging or artwork design will be an advantage

• at least 1 year experience of project management

- Well communication skill

• Proficient in Written English, Chinese
• MS office application is a must (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

- Basic Photoshop and Illustrator skills would be an advantage
