MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE
The objective of this role is to support global teams in the coordination of big projects, acting as a focal point between sales teams, trade marketing and product development/sourcing/factory.
This is to make sure we optimize creation of global assets between offices (Croatia, China, USA, etc) and that all assets are available and communicated properly.
Projects such as new product launches, new GWP creation, new assets developed, new artworks/imagery/concepts, marketing activities, co-branding assets, etc
This person has access to global teams’ resources (copywriters, designers, trade marketing managers) and can manage workflow among offices to assure we complete all retail challenges.
The person in charge of this role will also be responsible for internal communications between teams, assuring the company works well and dynamically.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination between Product Marketing team requirements and Retail/Sales/Trade Marketing teams on new projects development and assets creation;
- Responsible for creation of new processes and guidelines to assure all projects can be complete;
- Leader and coordinator of all creative assets focused for Retail channels – assigning tasks to each individuals and making sure tasks are complete;
- Support to Travel Retail channel marketing assets to make sure we optimize actions on a global scale;
- Support in co-branding & collaborations initiatives with local sales managers, as well support in development of new Product Sets/Solutions for specific retail channels;
- Manage Projects with Creative Teams (Shanghai/Europe/USA) to ensure efficiency, team is working at capacity and that all tasks are delivered on time and to brief;
- Support Global Retail Director on task management and ensuring directions are followed;
- Support Global Retail Director on clear communication with cross functional teams to ensure aligned understanding and delivery;
- Participate in monthly and quarterly retail meetings for business update and sales plan development, as well monthly product meetings;
- Set up best practices to maximize efficiency across Global Retail teams
- Work closely with Global Retail Director on the development and execution of retail marketing plans, including all merchandising strategy, promotional activities
- Work closely with different channels in order to plan the product launch and develop quarterly strategies and directions
- Overseeing the creation of all assets
- Working closely with Sales teams to implement B2B strategies and promo plan for new product launches
- Set up best practices to maximize efficiency across Global Retail teams
