• Full responsible for project execution from contract signing till warranty period expired.
• Set up project schedule and milestone based on signed contract and internal process, ensure timely delivery.
• Control/reduce project execution cost comparing with project budget.
• Payment collection avoid overdue.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Involve in project bidding/quotation.
• Timely solve project quality cases and improve customer satisfaction.
• Closely and actively communicate with customers, ABB Switzerland and internal functions to keep project forwarding smoothly as the only interface for both commercial and technical.
• Regularly prepare project management related report and forecast.
• Contribution to project management team development.
• Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or related field.
• Good knowledge of international trade, contract law.
• Ability to operate SAP or ERP system.
• Technical knowledge in electrical field is preferred.
• Fluent in English.
• Good, analytical decision making, and independent problem-solving skills are mandatory requirements.
• Willing to travel in China occasionally.
• Skillful computer usage.
• A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skills.
